Rodrigo Hlavnicka
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Graduated in Marketing & Advertising at ESPM and later in Business Management at FGV, with specialization in Venture Capital at HAAS School of Business (University of California, Berkeley) and Value Investing at Columbia Business School, NY, Rodrigo started his carrier working between Ad Agencies and Telecom marketing departments. He spent the last 10 years implementing turnaround plan for a law firm, alongside with managing a Family Office with investments in diverse asset classes from Brazilian and foreign financial markets. For the past 5 years he has been actively investing and gaining expertise in Venture Capital as an active Angel Investor and Fund LP, with several investments in companies from Brazil, USA and Israel.
Claudio Neszlinger
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Claudio is a graduate from USP in Business Administration with a Master in Sustainability from FGV. Former HR Executive at Dentsu Aegis Network LatAm, Microsoft and Unilever, member of AIESEC’s Supervisory Group and CONARH’s Creation Committee, with a Third Sector experience through CDI – Comitê para Democratização da Informática. He is a current member of AMCHAM’s Strategic People Management Committee, 99Jobs’s Advisory Counsel and an elected member for Conselho Gestor do Parque Ibirapuera.
Daniel Prianti
Co-Founder and Board Member
For almost 7 years Daniel worked in trade and marketing for Kimberly Clark, Citibank and Microsoft to then co-found his own company, Router, which rapidly grew to be a respected digital, tech and live marketing agency. In 2013 Router was acquired by iris Worldwide (iris-worldwide.com – member of Cheil Worldwide) and became Iris-Router. After the four years’ successful earn out, he spent the last five years immersed in the VC universe, co-building ventures and acting as seed investor as well as mentor for different startups in ad-tech and fintech. Daniel is currently a mentor at Artemisia and SEBRAE, besides taking an MBA at the Berlin School of Creative Leadership.
