We are an impact investment holding 

We dedicate time and energy to find and help promising entrepreneurs who have set-up tech-based businesses that address key Brazilian educational, health, financial and environmental priorities, with proven initial success but need mentoring, networking and investments to gain scale.

 

We work closely to our strong group of individual investors that not only invest, but also participate. They provide their experience and professional expertise to help our investees grow, offering a diverse and complete set of business and management competencies.

Alexandre Campos de Souza

Business Administrator with 25 years of experience in HR in the media, technology, consumer goods, finance and services segments, leading organizational culture transformation and people development. Master in Sustainability from FGV, Executive MBA from Insper, postgraduate in psychodrama from PUC-Cogeae. Certified in Hogan, LEA®️, TMP®️ and Birkman. He is co-author of the book: “(re) Start Me Up: give your career a new chance”.

Fernanda Hermanny

Degreed Engineer by POLI-USP, she is an executive in the Marketing area, with 20 years of corporate experience, also in the financial and sales areas. She is currently Marketing Director at Kimberly-Clark Brasil.

Françoise Trapenard​

Business Administrator and Master in Philosophy, she has worked in the Human Resources area for more than 20 years and concluded her executive career as responsible for the social investment of a large corporation. She is currently an advisor to several civil society organizations, in addition to volunteering in social projects.

Gustavo Razuk

Degreed Engineer by Mauá, with a MBA from FGV and certified in Corporate Governance by IBGC. Holds a diversified career in business consulting, management and advisory for family businesses. Willing to improve the city, he works on voluntary fronts for neighborhood associations and the Urban Parks Council (Ibirapuera Park).

Leonardo Byrro

Engineer with an MBA from Kellogg, he is an executive and entrepreneur with experience as CEO at companies listed on Bovespa in the Food & Beverage and Health sectors. He is also a partner in a private equity fund and a startup investor.

Gustavo Marques

Father of Gabriel and Joana, passionate about education, diversity, perseverance and creativity. With a Economist degree from PUC-Rio, he has 22 years of experience in financial markets working in multinational banks. A former entrepreneur, he is an angel investor and supporter of great ideas.

Yolanda A. Cerqueira Leite

Solid ESG experience in multinationals, inter-governmental organization and in the strategy of a variety of legal issues in Latin America, promoting values and ethics in generating value for businesses and society. Currently a Mentor and Coach for Executives and Lawyers, as well as impact investor.

Rodrigo Byrro

Head of TMT (Technology, Media and Telecom) practice in executive recruitment and selection companies. Experience as Product Manager and Sales Director in Telecom companies. Co-founder of ZRG Partners’ Brazil operation, an American recruitment consultancy with fast growth in recent years.

Roberto Kalil

Graduated in Marketing and Advertising from ESPM, with an MBA from FAAP and a specialization in Marketing from UC Berkeley. Today he is attending OPM at Harvard Business School. He has been working in the healthcare sector for over 20 years, especially at the CDB (Centro Diagnostico Brasil). Responsible for the M&A process of the company with Pátria Investimentos, being a member of the team responsible for the company’s public offering at B3. Today he is a member of the company’s board of directors.

Renata Razuk

Food Engineer with specialization in Business Management and Digital Marketing. Experienced career in B2B multinationals with a focus on Marketing & Sales and Corporate Communication. Currently works in the real estate sector in asset management, as a consultant for small companies and is a volunteer at Hospital Sírio Libanês.

Paulo De Iudicibus

Experienced “intrapreneur” and leader in IT with successful accomplishments in companies such as Microsoft, SAP, Siebel, PWC and Deloitte. 20 Years in post-sales, 10 in Marketing, Innovation and Sales. Local and international experiences. He is currently Vice President of Professional Services for Latin America at Salesforce. 

Luiz Marcelo (Piu) Marrey Moncau

Transformational leader, talent and team developer, with 30 years of experience in management positions (COO, President and Regional Director) at Microsoft in Brazil, Chile and Latin America. Depth in leading digital transformation processes, including strategy, implementation, and cultural transformation. Passionate about the potential that technology has in generating opportunities for everyone.

Lia C. Azevedo

Economist with specialization in financial planning (USP), strategic people management (INSEAD and Michigan), consultants training (Adigo), corporate governance (B.I.) and advisors training (IBGC). Former director and VP of HR, communication, institutional affairs and sustainability in companies such as Alcan, Novelis, Alcon, Dow Quimica and Grupo Boticário. Current executive director of development and management at ABRH SP, a member of the G3 Group, of the WCD and mentor in the Winning Women program at EY.

Marcelo Casarini

Business Administrator by FGV. Master in Social Anthropology from the London School of Economics. PhD in Portuguese Literature from the University of São Paulo. Marcelo worked at Microsoft Brasil in marketing. In the 1990s, he founded Flores Online, one of the pioneers in Brazil’s e-commerce, which would later be acquired by 1-800-flowers.com and local investors.

Renato Brisola

Graduated in Advertising from PUC Campinas with a specialization in Marketing at University of Westminster (London). More than 20 years in the technology market, with leadership roles in companies such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce and Coupa. Strong experience in direct and indirect sales in various segments and sizes of companies. A true “Builder”, he is always in environments under construction, fast growing and that provide opportunity for people development. He believes that if you “have more than you need”, you should help to leave a better legacy for future generations.

Roberto Palmaka

Experience in technology companies such as Philips, Sun and Microsoft in the areas of Finance, Risk and Strategy. Holds an MBA (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and an MBA – exchange program (Columbia University). At Microsoft was CFO for Latin America and currently leads an area of Enterprise Risk Management in the United States. Participates in the Advisory Board of the Association of Latino Professionals for America. Passionate about talent development, mentoring, diversity, and inclusion.

Marcelo Frontini

Marcelo has been working in the financial and IT segments since his graduation in Production Engineering and Economy at USP. He worked at Credicard, American Express and Bradesco Cartão. As general director of Scopus, he launched several innovations for banks in the Brazilian market (i.e., mobile banking & digital wallet) and re-launched Shopfácil marketplace. He created Bradesco’s “inovabra” program, when he met several entrepreneurs and, since then, he has been dedicating himself to strengthening the Brazilian innovation ecosystem.

Francisco Deppermann Fortes

Graduated in Engineering with a specialization in Germany and a Masters in Administration. Executive education at Stanford, Duke, Insead, HCE and Hong Kong University, with immersions in Silicon Valley and Israel. Certified Coach by Ecosocial, SixSigma Blackbelt, ScrumMaster and Leadership and Culture Assessment tools. Executive career at Gerdau as VP of People, Innovation, Management, IT and EHS. Currently works as a consultant, member of boards and committees, mentor and coach. Conducts assessment of entrepreneurs (Artemísia, WOW, Vedacit Labs) and teaches at Einstein’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation course. Angel investor in startups (Anjos do Brasil, WOW, TRE, Bemtevi), mentor at Quintessa and impact entrepreneur at 4YOU2 languages in Porto Alegre.
